Description of Positions
Administrative Assistant

Manages all internal communication between board of directors, staff, volunteers, and clients.

Maintains all external communication

Drafts all documents; word, spreadsheet, powerpoint, memos, etc. (ie: meeting agenda, minutes, etc.)

Develops and maintains accurate and updated database
Program Assistant
-
Ensures that program is running efficiently according to curriculum, goals, and objectives.

Manages registration, evaluations, and materials.
-
Coordinates program outline and secures presenters.
Community Service/Volunteer Coordinator
-
Ensures that we have proper staffing for all events and programs.

Coordinates events and community service projects.

Manages volunteer staff
-
Facilitates Level 2 background screening process.
Communications/Social Media
-
Oversees the production of marketing videos and printed materials
-
Publishes newsletters, flyers, website updates, and any organizational materials
-
Manages and maintains social media accounts
Marketing/Fundraising
-
Manages relationship with sponsors
-
Assists in coordinating and development of fundraising initiatives
-
Promotes 5K Kampaign
