Fingerprints

All volunteers, presenters, and team leaders are required to complete a Level 2 Fingerprint and Background Screening for Kamp Khalil, Inc.

Please complete the steps below to schedule your Level 2 fingerprint and background check 2 weeks prior to the first day of the session.

If you completed the screening less than 5 years ago you do not need to do it again.

Step 1: Enter your Email Address
Step 2: Create 6 digit Password
Step: Create Security Question and Answer
Step 3: Select FL- AHCA/DCF/VECHS for “Reason need to be fingerprinted”
Step 4: Enter Fieldprint Code FPKampKhalil1236
Step 5: Enter Personal Information to identify you.
Step 6: Schedule Appointment at location nearest you.

Bring Photo ID to your appointment.
